Client Goals:
They wanted to break this renovation into two parts; the addition and then the renovation to the existing home.  They’re located along Lake Ontario so they wanted to make sure the exterior finishes were able to withstand the weather and also have a modern feel but tie into the relaxed feeling of living near a beach.

WestDale South

Client Goals:
To keep the integrity of the exterior of the home with the addition; having it tie into the existing aesthetics, while adding some transitional elements and materials.
For the interior, the client wanted to marry the existing home with the addition by keeping the trim items similar and having the same type of slat flooring installed throughout the addition.
